The process

How DeskDialog Service Hub works

A simple, transparent path from "something's broken" to "it's fixed" — with pricing that always reflects the work required.

1
Create your account

Sign up as an individual or a company. Company accounts can be linked so colleagues share one organisation and see the right tickets.

2
Raise a ticket

Describe the equipment and the fault — a laptop that won't boot, a failing USB stick, a network issue. Each ticket gets a unique number so it's easy to reference.

3
We triage & assign an engineer

Our team reviews the request, sets a priority and assigns the right engineer. Related tickets can be linked to show the full history of recurring issues.

4
Receive a quote

Because every repair is different, we prepare a quote scoped to the work your job actually needs — parts, labour and any options — with no fixed one-size-fits-all price.

5
Approve & we get to work

Approve the quote online. You can reply on the ticket thread at any time and watch the status change as the work progresses.

6
Invoice & pay securely

When the job is done you receive an invoice linked to the original ticket and quote. Pay by card (Stripe) or bank transfer.

Good to know

Common questions

How is pricing decided?

There's no flat fee because no two repairs are identical. After we've seen the issue we prepare a quote covering the parts and labour your specific job needs. You always approve the quote before any chargeable work starts. See the pricing page for details.

Can my whole company use one account?

Yes. Company accounts group your colleagues under one organisation, and admins can approve company registration so the right people see the right tickets, quotes and invoices.

How do I keep track of a repair?

Every ticket has a unique number and a live status. You'll see updates as engineers work on it, and you can reply on the ticket thread whenever you need to add information.

Is my data safe?

Security is built in: prepared database queries, hashed passwords, a per-user support PIN for phone verification, and a quick human-verification step on sign-in and contact forms.
